I have panic attacks literally every Sunday, because the next day is Monday and school gives me a really bad anxiety. So this is a new school year, and my class is full of people I do not know, and I have no friends. It makes me even lazier to go to school. I don't know why...I just feel really scared when I'm at school. I feel like something terrible is always going to happen. How can I sort this out? I understand the importance of school and I want to see my friends from other classes after all, but I can't shoo away my fear.

@Hydrangea03 I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing anxiety at the moment concerning school. I admire that you are taking your education seriously. I would sugguest taking it slowly. Make some small goals and take credit in your achievements like I went to this class and I was able to stay for a certain period of time. Also take note of whether or not something. I won't happen over night but in time I think that it will lessen. I would also take advantage of talking to your teachers of the classes so that they may allow you to go out of class and take a breather if you need it. Good luck
