I suffer from GAD and panic disorder. I have panic attacks more often than I wish, some small and other really really bad. I've been to the hospital countless times along with visiting my doctor for what I think is "life threatening" and never find anything. I have experienced chest pain/tightness, shortness of breath, dizzy, headaches, choking sensation that lasts a while, thought of swollen throat, trouble swollwing, numbness, stomach pain, etc. just courious on what everyone goes through. I felt like such a "weirdo" for a long time and thought I was just nuts until finding this app and reading that I'm not alone in this type of attacks.

When I experience a panic or anxiety attack, it happens after a series of anxiety triggering moments. I have social anxiety, separation anxiety, and anxiety related to major change, usually negative change. So whenever I go through a breakup, someone tears me down majorly, or I learn about another betrayal or experience a loss of some kind, it hits me in waves. First I breakdown, crying. Then I find myself weak, so much so I have to lay down or just fall to the ground. I shake a lot, hands and my entire body. I get all achy and have a major headache, feels like my chest and throat tightens. I start crying uncontrollably feeling like something is tearing its way out of me. Then near the end, I become numb and still, still racking with the pain of my past uncontrollable sobbing. Sometimes I can black out or just fall asleep.
