What are your physical anxiety/panic attack symptoms?
I suffer from GAD and panic disorder. I have panic attacks more often than I wish, some small and other really really bad. I've been to the hospital countless times along with visiting my doctor for what I think is "life threatening" and never find anything. I have experienced chest pain/tightness, shortness of breath, dizzy, headaches, choking sensation that lasts a while, thought of swollen throat, trouble swollwing, numbness, stomach pain, etc. just courious on what everyone goes through. I felt like such a "weirdo" for a long time and thought I was just nuts until finding this app and reading that I'm not alone in this type of attacks.
Full-blown panic attacks usually include nausea, hyperventilating, sweaty palms, racing heart, the usual symptoms. General anxiety symptoms are a lot quieter, though. A lump in my throat, a racing heart, sometimes dizzy and/or a little nauseous, sometimes sweaty palms, and every so often it slams me with this feeling that pretty much feels the same as when someone tips your chair backwards and for a second you get that jolt of pure fear in your chest that you're going to fall backwards.
I first notice that I feel like I can

This is not in your head!!!! I have the same issues. Have you seen neurology, GI and an internal medicine MD?
I actually have kinda a weird list of panic attack symptoms and I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this? If you didnt know, you can have migraines without a headache. My panic attacks are frequently like this. Its a panic attack without the anxiety or trigger. I first generally feel off and strange then tired. This is where it gets weird, my face goes numb/tingly, typically on one side. Then my hangs and toes get pins and needles upon breathing in. My chest flutters and my mind goes blank. This is usually the point where I start to get anxious, but its because of how strange I feel and me wanting it to stop. Its just such a strange feeling!
Hi there, according to me psychical anxiety cause headache and nightmares and you need to cure it. You can cure panic attacks by practicing mindfulness. My friend was also suffering from anxiety and panic attacks and he visited to professional voyance direct who helped him in curing anxiety. I think you can also take the help of professionals.
Anxiety only: feeling scared, overwhelmed, can't breathe correctly, shake, cry. Sometimes get thoughts passing by fastly
Panic attack: all of the above + shouting, feeling confused, agitated, sometimes even hury myself, feel like I'm going to get insane, get stuck with words if I speak, can't think clearly, will say whatever is the first thing that comes into my mind. May be rude or act like a sad baby

Mine sound the same. When youre agitated do you ever start feeling the need to scratch your leg and stuff? I do and because of that I havent had nails in months in fear Ill claw at myself and end up with more scars.
I had a horrible panic attack Sunday. I ran out of a building hyperventilating and then burst into tears, shaking and zoned out for about 30 minutes until my hubby rescued me.
My symptoms don
There are many different physical symptoms of anxiety or an anxiety attack. Pins and needles feeling, nausea, chest pain--all of these can be symptoms. Practicing mindfulness can help. I would love to help you!

I haven't seen this in the other posts, but along with the usual hyperventilating, shaking, scratching at my skin, rapid heartbeat, and lightheadedness, I start uncontrollably sobbing? I have such a bad relationship with crying so it really raises my anxiety when I do cry, especially in front of people. I don't know, but the sobbing doesn't stop for 15 minutes or so, with "mini cries" afterwards for the next hour.
@navyTiger8426 crying is a huge one for me. I hate it so much because I feel like I am not in control of myself at all. For some reason it's different when someone from the outside sees symptoms of a panic attack like trouble breathing or shaking or sweating, becuase they look like its just something your body is doing. something happening to you. But crying is viewed as an emotional or mental weakness. But it really feels like something your body is doing to you, as much as all the other physical things you're feeling.
