What are your physical anxiety/panic attack symptoms?
I suffer from GAD and panic disorder. I have panic attacks more often than I wish, some small and other really really bad. I've been to the hospital countless times along with visiting my doctor for what I think is "life threatening" and never find anything. I have experienced chest pain/tightness, shortness of breath, dizzy, headaches, choking sensation that lasts a while, thought of swollen throat, trouble swollwing, numbness, stomach pain, etc. just courious on what everyone goes through. I felt like such a "weirdo" for a long time and thought I was just nuts until finding this app and reading that I'm not alone in this type of attacks.
Heart palpitations, nausea, an completely overwhelming sense of imminent doom, a detachment from reality, dry mouth, over awareness of my neck, (sometimes needs to wrap a scarf around it) an intense desire to run to safety even if in a safe environment, fear of speaking.
Crying, shortness of breath, intense shaking, nervous ticks, unsteady on my feet
Chest tightens, hands and feet cramps and loss of feeling in fingers/toes, hyperventilation, insane adrenaline rush, dizziness, vision spots, shaking, heart palpitations, really strong urges to run or pull my hair
@redLunch4107 oh you know what? I stutter too 👌
The most memorable time this happened was on the morning of Feb. 12, 2016 during a cold, windy early morning when I was waiting for the bus to work, alone in the dark. The bus was late - I waited over 15 minutes for it and I suddenly felt dizzy, shaky, had blurry vision, racing heartbeat, felt unsteady when trying to walk (vertigo), and felt like I was going to pass out and die. If I had fainted, there would have been no one there to help or even call 911. I thought, Is this it? Am I ready for this? Am I going to die on the side of the road waiting for the bus?.
I felt like I was hypoglycemic - but I had had breakfast a little over a hour previously.
@AbbyHarris1976 I suffered from panic attacks for about a year. It was unbearable. I thought that I was dying. But I came across one book that could help me when I had already lost all hope. Book title "Panic attacks are a myth of incompetent doctors: Get rid of them quickly, for free and for life". Here is a link on the Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FZH9PDS

Not sure how to stop these right now. Shortness of breath, heart racing and feeling of dread
Trembling, Breakdowns, Easily Annoyed, Frustrated and Hopelessness
My heart pounding really fast and nausea
@bubbleOwl8552 pounding heart/rapid heart rate, hard to catch my breath, light headed sometimes, warm feeling all over my body, tingling in hands and legs, nausea which causes bowel issues/feeling the need to vomit.
I usually feel hypoglycemic, my hands shake, I constantly test my hart rate. I yawn and bounce my knee, but I am never afraid of dying. My face is numb, and my temperature rises-in my mind. My fingertips tingle, and I breathe deeper and deeper. I've only had vertigo once.
