is it normal
is it normal to feel like your in a panic attack almost all day constantly
@imsorryitry
This sounds tough... and for some (myself included), that's how stress manifest, a panic attack - day in and day out.
A sensation of panic day in and day out -- deserves a conversation with your support system (parents, friends, doctors). It's worth opening the conversation to rule out something medical (please don't worry because I said that - it's just always good to rule out things like migraines, hormones, etc).
Try keeping a journal of your experiences - dates, times, activities, people your with, food and drink, how you were feeling prior, how you were feeling afterward. Doing that might help you identify triggers as well as things that help you cope.
Check out some of the tools here on 7cups like mindfulness and breathing exercises to see if anything helps you cope. Hit up one of the listeners - keep trying until you find one you're comfortable with. Keep hitting the forums -- there are people here who haven't walked your exact steps but fairly close.
Just some suggestions.... deep breathe... take care of yourself...
It's hard to say what normal is because it's so different for everyone. How long have you been feeling this way? Has it ever gotten worse or better at times? I thnk it helps to find what your triggers are and work from there to tackle the anxiety!
I wish you the best of luck!
It's hard to say what normal is because everyone is so different, but, sometimes I have days where I sort of feel this way.
