panic attack vs anxiety attack
I get panic attacks a couple of times a month but i find that my anxiety is harder to deal with. Sometimes it feels like i am so close to having a panic attack but I don't quite tip over the edge. I know panic attacks are horrible but sometimes i feel like i would prefer it to an anxiety attack just to be able to get all of the emotions out.
Again, i suffer from both so i am not trying to suggest that either is preferable or tolerable at the very least but does anyone else have a similar kind of experience with this?
same my panic attack just started because I have a lot of problems on my mind and I realized I have anxiety. Then I panicked even more and had trouble breathing sometimes. That's why I came to this app because I want to calm my mind and get advice on how to get rid of my anxiety and panic attacks

Deep breathing, start walking or moving your body, Start saying I am fine and it will be ok and I am getting fine. Your Doctor may help you too. It will be ok soon and we all gradually get out of this black hole. Don’t loose hopes. Keep helping others to help yourself
