1. Try and understand what is making them upset, and not try and make it disappear, but show them that understanding

2. Avoiding news that is just trying to make people panic with bloated numbers

3. Paraphrase from a song(Endroll by Natsushiro Takaaki): my life has a shitty script, but it's too early to finish shooting yet.

We can be kind and empathetic. We can share our knowledge with others who are feeling anxious.

For instance, I like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: "The reality is, we can find an infinite number of good and bad stories to tell about ourselves and, as long as were invested in self-esteem, were going to waste a lot of time in this chess game, fighting an endless battle against our own limitless supply of negative thoughts. ... Because of the way the human mind has evolved, the not good enough story will always return in one form or another. Do you want to spend the rest of your life battling it? […] to lead a rich, full, and meaningful life doesnt depend on self-esteem in the slightest. […] Dont try to prove yourself. Dont try to think of yourself as a good person. Dont try to justify your self-worth."

I personally cope with climbing, karate, running (with the zombies run app), spending time with friends, watching movies, learning more about mental health, and listening to music based on how I'm feeling.

1. Remind them that it's only a temporary situation.

2. I'm just doing what I love most. Some hobbies.

We can try to make sure everyone is listened and everyone can express their feelings and worries. We should also make sure there are support network for the most frail people, like the elderly, so they can stay safe while we help them by providing them the services they need. We should also make sure that only real news spread because fake news can really take a toll on people's emotions.

Personally, I'm a bit anxious considering how severe the crisis is here in Italy. The numbers are very discouraging to look at, particularly when I think those numbers are/were real people. But I'm doing my part by respecting the rules and so far the people I lover are all so safe. I'm trying to stay positive!

1. We should acknowledge that it is scary. But they should not panic. The whole world is together in this.

2. I am trying to be spiritual as well as thinking about deeper meaning of life beyond materialism. Also if we can face it we will probably be able to face anything.

3. Quote

1. How can we support others who are feeling uncertain or anxious about the current situation?

Sometimes we don't what exactly is going on. So firstly educate them. Then make them aware of the situations and tell them what they can do in such situations.

2. How are you coping?

I am doing fine. Taking all measures possible.

3. Do you have a quote that you would like to share?

In this time, there are few words of the lyrics of Hero by Mariah Carey,

And then a hero comes along
With the strength to carry on
And you cast your fears aside
And you know you can survive
So when you feel like hope is gone
Look inside you and be strong
And you'll finally see the truth
That a hero lies in you
