Anxiety shall pass, but we can just hold their hands through it and reassure them that they don't have to deal with it alone.

1) Give them the time and space to express their worries, and encourage them

2) Hanging in there, connecting with others to the extent I am able, engaging with my treatment team

Be a good positive listener! Share your experiences let them know they are not alone. I am taking this time to love the things I have and send the utmost positive vibes out there!

I think we can help others who are feeling uncertain or anxious by letting them know that they're not alone. Also, even if others might not have the answers to the situation at large, they might at least have a smile to share with you.

Currently, I'm rather worried myself, but I know that only day-by-day can we get through all of this.

We can be kind to one another and remind people that this too shall pass.

2. How are you coping?

I'm focusing on the positives and things I can be thankful for and embracing this time I have to be stuck at home by spending it with my family.

3. Do you have a quote that you would like to share?

All are anxious and worried. In a situation like this what we can do is to ensure we keep up the positive vibes alive and encourage everyone to face it together and overcome it. The whole world has become one family in this situation

Regardless of the situaiton the quote i love is "be good and do good , till it becomes a habit"

1. The best way to support others is to share the things that we have learned. Some of us have dealt with anxiety all of our lives and so we have experience with dealing with overly stressful situations where as for others, it can be a completely new experience. The best thing we can do for others in this time is to simply be kind and understanding. Kindness goes such a long way.

2. I am coping in a few different ways. One thing I have done is set a schedule for myself daily so I have a time table to stick to. This way, the day doesn't get away from me and I am not sitting in bed at the end of the day feeling like I didn't accomplish anything. Another thing I am doing is staying social by keeping in touch with my family and friends through telecommunication. This is especially important in these times for those of us who are needing that social interaction. One other thing I have done is create a checklist of things I have wanted to do, but haven't done because I didn't have the time to fit it into my schedule in the past. Some things on my checklist are read certain novels, watch tv series, and practice my art!

1. Step back, spend some time with family.. Please practice deep breaths and watch t.v shows you enjoy, read those books you've wanted.. Listen to comforting music.. Be with your loved ones and animals and try your best to not listen to too much negative media. They like to overwhelm and scare us.

2. I'm just trying to make light of everything and not watch too much of the news.

1. How can we support others who are feeling uncertain or anxious about the current situation?

The most important think is to keep yourself at their place & help them relax. Make them comfortable instead of making them feel bad about. Listen to them. Understand them. Sometimes, all we need is a person who hears us. :)

2. How are you coping?

Meditation, exercising, keeping myself busy, drinking lots of water, walking, talking to my mom.

3. Do you have a quote that you would like to share?

"Dare to reach out your hand into the darkness, to pull another hand into the light."

I always try to ask myself each night- if tomorrow was a picture perfect day, how would it look? And I do everything in my power to strive for that. This helps me set goals and look forward to each day!

I also set aside time to do the things that are calming to me, like listening to music and coloring. Make your own mental health a priority and make time for your own self care!
