@raspberryPal7037 it's weird isn't it. I think those heart-rate monitors on the iPhone have a lot to answer for! I've deleted mine - it just became another unhelpful obsession! Focussed more on how i felt instead.

@raspberryPal7037 Yes a lot of people do! Anxiety and physical symptoms can manifest differently for everyone. I know it can feel a bit invalidating when you don’t experience “typical” anxiety symptoms but it’s very valid. Anxiety is different for everybody!

Yes, I experiment an anxiety that is more paralyzing,.I'm quiet, I'm just can't do the what I want to do and for a time ago I didn't recognized it as anxiety but a type of lazy because it was not how I understood the anxiety symptoms, now I understand it is a type of anxiety

@raspberryPal7037 Anxiety can be different for so many people sometimes a Anxiety can be different for the same person it really doesn't have a one size fits all but that is what makes you unique but it is really good that you are sharing your experience and opening up discussions for others.

Honestly, I find that I consistently don't have any physical symptoms just mental symptoms which sometimes is rather annoying because to me it feels a little like I don't have any proof. So I am sure you are not alone on this though it might be irritating, I wish you the best with dealing with your anxiety : )

Hey yes totally. Anxiety does not have just one symptom, but many!

There could be no physical signs like abnormal heart rate, heavy breathing or dry mouth and yet the person may be feeling anxious! They could be mentally preoccupied and feel exhausted!
Just know even if you have a normal heart rate, you could be feeling axious too, let yourself feel and accept it.

Take care please!
