@raspberryPal7037 Does anyone have anxiety but a normal heart rate
Hey Raspberry, it's perfect normal to have anxiety while keeping a normal heart rate - Increased heart rate can be one of many anxiety symptoms, but it's not a determining factor and it differs for everyone. I'm wishing you well and it's good that you're reaching out to ask questions! If you ever need to talk, we're all here to listen :)

Yup! I feel like a lot of people face this, you're not alone. Anxiety is usually mostly boggled in my head, so it doesn't usually affect my heart rate.
@raspberryPal7037 Yes, it's entirely possible to experience anxiety while having a normal heart rate. Anxiety affects the body in various ways, and while it often causes increased heart rate (tachycardia) or palpitations, not everyone will have these symptoms. Some people might experience anxiety without noticeable changes in their heart rate.
Hi @raspberryPal7037💓
Yes! I can definitely relate :)
Anxiety can show up in many forms. It's common to feel increased heart rate during an attack, and sometimes an anxiety can show up without this symptom.
That's great you're asking and learning about your struggle. I'm here if you'd like to share farther 🤗

yes. i think each person's anxiety symptoms are very different and sometimes they don't manifest as physical ones. it can be pretty difficult to put it into words how it feels like, but it definitely is valid.
Sometimes but since my panic attacks are increased doctor suggest me to take blood pressure increasing pills
Hi there! Everyone is different and can be affected differently from anxiety! It is possible your heart rate stays normal when experiencing anxiety! It is also normal to have an increased heart rate it all depends!

Hello raspberry, I am one of the listener here at 7cups,
Yeah, definitely! It's totally possible to feel anxiety without having a racing heart. Anxiety can show up in all sorts of ways, and everyone's experience is a bit different. Some people might feel it physically, while others might just have that mental ping-pong going on.
Take care,

Hi Raspberry! Yes, totally. I understand exactly what you're saying. It feels like my heart is racing all the time. I got myself a heart rate monitor but, my heart rate always stayed in the 70's. You're not alone in feeling this way, we're here for you!
Absolutely. Unfortunately it has become a norm for me.
