Anxiety manifests differently for everyone, your anxiety is just as real a feeling whether or not a certain physical symptom is present.

Hi @raspberryPal7037

Yes, it is possible to experience anxiety even if your heart rate stays normal. Anxiety can show up in so many different ways—sometimes through racing thoughts, muscle tension, stomach discomfort, or just a general sense of unease—without always causing a noticeable physical response like a fast heartbeat.

Everyone's body reacts to anxiety a bit differently, and that’s completely okay. What you’re feeling is valid, even if it doesn’t “look” like normal symptoms. You’re not alone, and it’s great that you’re reaching out and asking questions—it shows a lot of self-awareness. 💙

@raspberryPal7037

YEAH, there are times i often feel anxiety but my heart rate is normal and me views on this are that the anxiety i am having is all made up and i am trying to stress over something which my mind and body thinks that is something i do not stress over
that's why my heart rate is normal

Afterall these are my views but no facts.

@raspberryPal7037 Yes, I guess it's something a lot of people wonder about. Anxiety can show up differently for everyone. Anxiety can be just racing thoughts, worry, restlessness for some people while others might feel symptoms in their body. Everyone's experience is valid.
