I'm so sorry to hear that you have been harassed by someone you trusted and respected. It's completely understandable that you're feeling scared and anxious right now. Please know that what has happened is not your fault, and you don't deserve to be treated that way.

It's important to take care of yourself during this difficult time. Reach out to a trusted friend or family member who can offer you emotional support. You might also consider speaking with a professional counsellor or therapist who can help you work through your feelings and develop coping strategies.

Remember that you have the right to protect yourself and take action against harassment. If you feel comfortable, you may want to consider reporting the harassment to the appropriate authorities or seeking legal assistance.

Above all, please know that you are not alone and that you will be okay. Take things one day at a time, and know that with time and support, you can heal and move forward from this experience ❤️

Hey Virgie, I think most people in your situation would find themselves anxious and worried about what will happen next. You’re not alone. It’s unfortunate that someone who your respected and trusted has proven not to be the person you thought they were.

Take care of yourself, get help from the people around you if you can. Unfortunately, there are many people who have been in situations similar to yours, but the good part is they have been able to get out of it. So, even though it may seem hard to believe right now, you too will be ok, this hard time will pass. “After hardship comes ease”. I wish you strength and healing on your journey.

Stay safe❤️

I hope you're doing well. I'm so sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, it's very hard to get over what happened and to process everything at the same time. It's especially hard to deal with the effects of what happened afterwards, it's one of the not-so-good parts of healing from such a terrifying experience.

Please don't forget to take care of yourself. It can be hard to deal everyday life with those memories. But one day, you'll be able to brave those hardships. We're so proud of you for being strong ❤️

Hi Borbiexoxo, I understand that it can be quite hard to deal with the sudden realization that someone was not who you made them out to be. It can definitely be a difficult period to endure, to have to constantly worry about them unexpectedly showing up again. I'm sorry you had to go through all this.

In times like these, I find it helpful to practice self-love or talk with people who I deem trust-worthy like close friends. There are many helpful resources as well via online mediums and 7 cups; I hope they are of help to you with this matter. Things WILL be okay. I hope that you can heal from this. You're not alone in this, we are all here to support you. Hoping for the best for everything :)

@Borbiexoxo I’m really sorry this happened to you. What you’re feeling is completely understandable after something so upsetting especially when it involved someone you trusted. None of this is your fault. 🌸

You will be okay, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. Your mind is racing because it’s trying to protect you, not because something bad is about to happen.

You’re not alone in this. I’m here with you.

Hi, I’m really sorry that happened to you. It makes sense that you’re feeling scared and anxious after something like that. When something upsetting happens, the mind can start running through a lot of “what if” thoughts. Try to take a few slow breaths and give yourself a moment to settle. You’re not alone in feeling this way. If you’d like to share more about what happened or what is worrying you most right now, I’m here to listen.
