Anxiety and Low Self-Esteem
My anxiety coupled with my low self-esteem is preventing me from moving forward with my life. I am indecisive and I do not believe that I am good enough to do things that "normal" people do every day. This includes going to college, finding a new job, and basically doing anything that moves toward a goal. I feel like I will be this way forever until I bite the bullet and get the courage to try again. I'm just so critical of myself and have a huge fear of failure or rejection because I am so hard on myself and think I should be perfect all the time. I realize this is a self-fulfilling prophecy to become what I am afraid of. My comfort zone is so small that I don't even know where to start.
I see that you are struggling with your low self-esteem and anxiety which I guess affect each other. You just really would like to be able to move on with your life where you are decisive and believe you are good enough. I see that your anxiety stops you from doing things like college, work and anything with a goal. I see that you think about your negatively and really are afraid of failure or rejection because it it was to happen you would be hard on yourself. I guess you have so much to deal with you dont really know where to start. You are free to message more on here or message on 1 on 1 no worries.

I feel like this all the time.
I have self hated and do not like or love myself. I scare people off unintentionally when I say hi. I feel depressed and lonely all the time.
