Bad Trip Experience Led to PTSD/Anxiety

Back in March, I bought some marijuana that ended up being laced with PCP and was actually K2 (synthetic marijuana). I didn't feel anything bad at first until I guess I passed out for a little bit and when I woke up, my senses were out of it. I felt like my senses were completely heightened and I was a bit confused on what happened. I was not an often smoker, I probably smoked about 3 times before that and the times were spaced out greatly. I thought I had died because it was extremely quiet (I was sitting in my room with the window open) and the way my body felt. I ran out of the house and down the street screaming and crying for help trying to "wake up". I ended up on the street where cars could see me walking and panicking. I thought it was the Day of Judgement. I started to feel extremely hot, excruciating heat sensations throughout my entire body and subconsciously I took of all of my clothes in the street. I thought I was in Hell and I was screaming and wanted to cry but I felt so hot. I thought everyone else was in Heaven ignoring me. I couldn't even spit and I was choking on air. The police picked me up and took me to the hospital (they got a call from someone). I was out of it the entire ride to thw hospital, babbling about religion and thinking I was going to get taken to a worse part of Hell. I was asking about my family and friends, if they had made it to Heaven or not. I finally started to come to senses when I got to the hospital that it was all the horrible experience from the drug. My lungs were burning badly and I was still feeling a bit hot. After about a week, that's when thw panic attacks started. Feeling like I was in Hell or I waa going, feeling like maybe when I passed out I didn't wake up and I'm lost in a constant dream. Some actions that I wasn't too proud of in the past are haunting me. I go through a lot of depersonalization and derealization. Often intrusive thoughts about religion and other things. I'm scared to relax sometimes too because I feel if I get too relaxed something horrible may happen to me. I can't listen to certain songs because I take some of the lyrics in the wrong way. I can't go to places in the house by myself. I am on an anti-anxiety medication but, I still feel a few of these symptoms. Many symptoms having to do with religion and grasping the facts of life/death and the after life. I am trying to do much better. I am a Muslim and trying to be a better one. Sometimes, I feel miserable. Horrible. Just beat down and weak. I don't want to harm myself but, sometimes when the symptoms start I feel as if maybe if death were to come at that moment at least all this would stop. But I fear of what will happen to me when I die due to my not so good past. I write about when my panic attacks come sometimes. Other times, I'm too paralyzed to do anything but lay down and say prayers. I don't have a job, I'm a full time student with no medical insurance so therapy isn't really in my budget sadly and money is tight.

@CoolBeans29 , Drugs can trully mess up one's mind. It's good you are aware of it now. The effect of the Drugs could have left some chemical reaction in you hence the changes /effect you are experiencing now. If you are a student , maybe you could seek some counselling from a counsellor in your school/college. Most schools/colleges usually provide counselling services . Plus you also have a family support system. Maybe you could speak to a family member you are comfotable with. Also you are always welcomed to speak to any of the listeners on 7 cups. There are some wonderful and helpful exercises on the mindfulness link that might help to calm your anxiousness. Practise a good self care routine: A healthy diet, some light exercise , enough sleep/rest , some hobbies . Hope you feel better soon.
