Bedroom
Hello everyone.
Im 24, born and raised in NYC.
All my life I’ve been sharing a bedroom with two of my sisters (I’m the middle one) and I never have once decorated my own space because as the middle child, you basically let the oldest and youngest do all the decorating.
But the main problem here is that we have completely different routines. I work late, come home late and need to sleep. My younger sister has school, she wakes up early which can disrupt my sleep. Etc.
Before you get to the “move out”, I’m currently saving as much as I can and it’s not easy to just pick up and move.
I don’t have any friends to stay over on days I’m working and other relatives because I don’t want to bother them with personal problems.
The time is currently temporary so usually prepandemic, it’s 1-9PM. Right now it’s 4:30PM-1AM.
But I’m not sure when the exact date we will be back to our original schedule, so I’d need an answer on how to cope now.
My younger sister lashed out to my mom in the morning about her having so much kids at once without having the lifestyle ready, but I don’t blame anyone. I just want to deal with what I can right now and I don’t know how to cope.
I have tried to put on headphones and listen to white noises, but the movements are too loud and as soon as I wake up to put on the headphones, I’m already angry and I can’t sleep back.

It must feel so frustrating. What more can you do besides the white noise? How can you overcome your present circumstances without telling your loved ones? What exactly is your next move? Being a middle child sounds comforting. I am the youngest child in my family. My name is @miraculousOcean6563 if you would like to chat you can always find me. Hang in there.
