Can’t stop worrying about something which I can’t even get info on

So I’m starting classes in a new school in about a month or so. The orientation there is 2 weeks, and in my country, some schools have camps for orientation.

the problem is, I have a very bad fear of throwing up, and I don’t know if I can make it through a camp where I’ll be alone in a new place with all new people, poor quality food, and no phone to contact my family if I do need help.

the worst thing is that I don’t even know if my fear is justified or not. I don’t think that there would be a camp that is 2 weeks long, but my mind keeps saying “what if there is?” And I can’t stop stressing about it.

i have no idea what we’ll be doing for those 2 weeks. I tried searching online but to no avail. I’m probably overthinking this but I just can’t calm myself down. I tried to take meds but they’re not working. When I’m in a state like this, where I’m worrying about something which I can’t control nor find any information on, I tend to stress about it for hours until I find an answer.

Honestly, there is no need to find an answer.

Try to look it in other way, as a new opportunity, a new beginning of something amazing.

As described, there is always first time for everyone for doing something. And you know, people these days are quite understanding.

So if you are going to meet a whole of a new crowd then don't worry because you will meet different kinds of people, where you can bond with them too.

Something natural cant be changed.

And dont rely in medicines, just believe in yourself and your spirit guides and let them pav the way to the best❤️
