Hi everyone. I have been locked down in mybtiny apartment for a few days now. I am used to work many hours and just being tired and hungry whenni come home. Being here without nothing to do except cleaning and eating and watching the horrible news around the Globe is making me feel really anxious which it is quite easy with me. I usually have work as an excuse to overthink o my diet or personal image. But this... This is different. It made me aware of my own mortality i guess. I really dont want to obssess about it as with everything else but i just keep on doing it. Here i am 5 am. No sleep. I al thinking of doing some exersise tomorrow on order to be more tired at night and stop thinking about it. I dont know. Ideas? Hate being like this. Why cant i be relaxed and stop overthinking all the time?

@Stefi2020

We're all a little on edge due to the current status of things. Okay, we're probably a lot on edge. I know I am. But that's okay. I'm not going to feel bad for feeling anxious.

Some things I'd recommend:

- Stop watching all the news. It is too much for anyone. We have specialists and doctors here in the States saying that the media is making it much worse. Pick a time of day to watch 15 minutes of news, and then let it go the rest of the time.

- Check in to the Covid forum here on 7 Cups. One of the members there, DaveMcGrath, is a teacher in China who was part of the quarantine and he says he's back to work and things are returning to normal. Hearing accounts from real people is so much better than whatever the news is reporting.

- Set up an exercise routine and stick to it. It will help.

- Keep checking in here as much as you want. I know it makes me feel better to have 7 Cups to come to.
