I am very anxious
Today I woke up at 4:50 am, its summer here, so the sun rises at around 5:20. So the thing is that I am worried about a lot of things, so I am constantly thinking, I never live in the moment, and I tend to plan most of the things I do.
Yesterday something really exectacular happened after I swam lots then I went to this place next to the river to cycle, it was night, and the weather was perfect, there were some people playing music, other people doing sports, and so on. So it remind me of when I used to go holydays to the beach, that feeling of living in the moment of feeling the joy of the place, the breeze of the river, the tranquility , and such . By seeing this and seeing how I had been and I am most of the times, I am super anxious most of the times, so I guess I need the sports to let me be at ease, or to be at some place calm where there is no noice. It would be awesome to live near the beach someday :)
@okeyyyy
That sounds wonderful. I would really love to reminded of childhood events that were good. Sometimes, I will encounter a smell that reminds me of something from childhood, and it creates a nice moment. Sadly, I don't live near a river, or can cycle, or near a pool, or near people playing games outside (except maybe chase the bear up the tree), but I envy you. When I was young, I used to have fun after a rain where I would go crawfishing in the ditch, or we would go find other ditches to crawfish in. Other times, my family and I would go crabbing along side quartz crystal rocks that made up a beach. It was a blast to catch a crab, and the gumbo later was really nice. Yet, these are pale memories of days that have long gone past. Maybe, if I saw children crawfishing or lived anywhere near the ocean, I'd be able to 'recapture' these memories as well as the one you recaptured that day.
