There's been a lot of things going on ever since quarantine started and I've been feeling miserable. Every day is a new panick attack and one day I can wake up feeling blue and deciding to sleep and cry all day, and the next day I can wake up feeling anxious and having this need of do something.

Hello. Have you tried using coping skills or doing something relaxing every day? I have a list of coping skills if you'd like them.

Hi!

Kind of, i tried exercising and cooking, and that helped for a while. But then collegue and work began and I had to quit s lot of things, and that made the problem a lot worse.

So, if you could share with me that list, I would really appreciate it.
