I'm just so terribly tired
I'm so exhausted with... Life. Which doesn't make sense. Nothing about my anxiety/depression/mental health nonsense makes sense.
I have a great life. I'm married to the love of my life. I'm working on school (God, dealing with this community college is literally the worst) and I'm getting good grades. I'm doing all the adulting bullshit and I'm functioning really well.
But I still feel overwhelmed. I'm still awake after midnight because my anxiety is out of control. I can't go upstairs to my husband because I can't stop crying, and I can't burden him with this nebulous nonsense feeling. My best friend is visiting and I'm so happy about it but I'm also keenly hurting. It's all just so completely unfair. I just feel so completely tired. It's just bone deep and it's not going away. I hate it. I hate it so much.
Hi. You're in the right place. You can get a great deal of support on here. You've taken an important step (in my view!) by just sharing where you're at. I totally get what you're saying. it can feel like an impossible contradiction to have so much that's good in your life and to be feeling this way. Anxiety is exhausting. The impact on sleep can be terrifying - I know. Talk to people on here about it - day and night - I did - it really helped. Practice some mindfulness and meditation - it'll help - but it might take a little bit of time. I'm thinking of you. There are so many people on here who are on your side!

Thank you for sharing. It shows a lot of courage and strength and you have come to the right place. What I hear is that you are happy with your life but at the same time, you describe having a lot of anxiety. Exploring that might be of good use. I am sure you have a listener or two but if you would like to share I am open to listening anytime.
I feel very sorry for you. I was also very exhausted this summer and I had a lot of anxiety and stress. I have a great family, a good job, but I still feel bad. I struggled with this for a long time and here's what helped me: I took a few days off, drank sleeping pills from online pharmacy usa so as not to wake up at night and during the day did the things I love the most. Even if I had a lot of work to do, I still took days off and forgot about all the everyday things and went for example swimming, to the gym and to drawing and yoga classes. In a few days I calmed down and realized that everything was fine and the problems at work were just trifles of life. I also advise you to try to relax and unwind a bit!
