One thing I always get nervous about is.....
talking to a teacher I think doesn't like me
Taking the bus... It kills me for some reason. I get stressed about missing it, getting on the wrong one, it being too crowded, not getting off at my stop... I know it's stupid but it's always there everyday. I'm sorry
Going out 😎
@Bluesetsky you can do this by trying to go out once daily or even once weekly for anything
for example to buy an ice cream you love
everything begins with small steps****remember this
I was on the same case just 1 month ago
Get nervous when I've put forth a lot both effort and myself to create something special such as a baby shower, birthday party or contribution to a family dinner. I wait for disapproving looks, snickery comments that feels like personal attacks or jabs. I'm told I make mountains out of mole hills because I'm American. My husband and family are Canadian. It tears me apart with those pit feelings in my stomach. It's all I can do to sit through a meal. Always on edge and the nerves eat away at me.
@Starysky medicine will help you a lot a lot
Anything that involves human interaction and drawing attention.
@AwkwardRogue i understand this very well. But I hope you
@Truth22 Thank you! I am doing my best (:
@AwkwardRogue What if we practice going out of our comfort zones?
@MindVoyager That would be awesome but quite hard. I have tried, but I always come back in my safe bubble.

My husband gets a new job. Always makes me nervous every time. Whether it'll be worth the pay, the hours, who all he'll be working with. Scares me like crazy.
@honestLime3565 It happens to almost everyone. The anxiety of being able to cope up!
@MindVoyager Yeah definitely!
