One thing that helps me manage my anxiety is.....
Sleep
talking to myself and knowing that it's going to be ok, Even if it doesn't look like it at the time.
@ladybug88888 Self-pep talks are really nice. Times when I'm alone and don't have anyone to talk to, talking to myself can make it feel like I'm actually talking to a friend. Create space between me and my anxiety/depression. I also finding quietly repeating phrases like "You'll be fine" or "It's going to be okay" to myself helps force my anxiety to quieten a little. Even though it may look a bit bonkers to other people, it helps me.
Seeing how other people are doing. There's always someone facing harder things. Trying to help them out, tends to relieve my own stress.
