Yesterday my weekly date at home with my husband turned into a screaming match, then I downed a bottle of wine. It got worse I screamed and spouted ugliness and I woke up feeling shame and guilt. My husband deserves my support. I have not behaved in such a disrespective manner in a very long time. I know that my emotions are completely out of wack. How do I get over this unacceptable anger coming from inside me. I told my hisband I was sorry but I don't feel a resolution occurred. How do I take care of myself?

@connigirl alcohol has the abilities to turn us into animals. That is why I don't drink it anymore. Please don't harbour any guilt. Have you spoken to him about this and how you're feeling? ❤ I think that will help.

I'm here if you'd like to chat 😊

Have you tried getting help for this? Maybe seeing a therapist depending on what the issue is whether you need help controling your temper or if your feeling your having a breakdown? Whatever it is it's best to talk and communication is key to talk to your husband. Your husband may wanna know how to support you and trying to get you to open up by waiting for you to talk. Not many husband's can do that.

There's therapy on here if your interested or you can try over the phone. I know right now you can't see a therapist but these are options if you wanna go down that route or for expert help on your health you can always ring the crisis team
