i'm so sorry to know you had to go thru so much today... dealing with panic attacks is nothing like easy❤️ İ get how you'd be drained and overwhelmed...

*seats with you not to leave and passes a warm cozzy blanket and some hot chocolate*

İf you wanna talk about it, would like someone to simply be around, or just a tight cirtual hug as place to hide and rest in, i'm right here for you, only one reply away...❤️

Just focusing on your breathing, this is the best way to get out of a panic attack.
Breathing in through the nose to count of 4 then holding breath to count of 7 then breathing out through the mouth to count of 8 4x in a row works wonders. This is the breathing technique my therapist told me about. Almost any diversion that is effective and not unhealthy is worthwhile. All roads out of hell are good roads. My therapist also shared this https://mangoclinic.com/anxiety-management-guide-2020/ with me to help me cope with my anxiety and panic.
