Physical symptoms
What are your physical anxiety symptoms?
mine at the moment is a sore tight throat as if there's a lump but nothing as I can still eat and drink absolutely fine xx
I too get the lump in a throat feeling. Other symptoms are my hands getting sweaty, stomach pain, headaches and muscle pain, sometimes chest pain and feeling either too hot or cold
@sinclair how long does your lumpy throat last? Iv had mine weeks and it's driving me mad :(
@resourcefulCircle6899 honestly i don't even remember how long has it been going on, the feeling seems to be there all the time, it's annoying me too 
@sinclair I keep checking my tonsils and in the back of my mouth thinking I may be getting a throat infection or something but nope nothing 😭

I have this uncomfortable feeling in my chest. my stomach also started to hurt a while ago.
