Hello. I've been feeling like this for months since last year. I often hyperventilate when opening our online class site or even opening my phone and seeing that there are notifications. I just want to throw my phone and sleep the semester away. Just opening my messenger apps bring me to tears. I hate it, I can't do anything. But I need to pass my requirements, answer assessments, take quizzes and exams every week. I receive 30 assessments minimum every week and 50 at most. I don't think I'm getting distracted by social media since I deleted my accounts already for months. Just thinking about online classes makes me cry. I want to learn, I want to study, but the sight of my module makes me shiver. Whenever I read, I can't understand nor absorb anything that I just cry. I'm scared of everything that hasn't happened yet. I'm scared of today and tomorrow. I'm scared of disappointing my family and myself. I can't stop the worries from popping into my mind and I find it hard to sleep. I want everything to just end

Hey, take a deep breath and everything is going to be okay I promise ❤ I struggle the same working from home, heart racing, voice shaking, crying from stress, it's important to breathe nice and slow 4 times to calm yourself in that moment. Before classes were online, how did you feel?

I was always excited to go to school before classes were online. I was very outgoing, I feel very light as if I can do anything and think of things as something that will eventually pass. When online classes started I almost don't communicate or text with anyone especially in my class. I seldom open my messaging apps because I breakdown easily just by seeing the notifications. I don't feel like talking to anyone and I always feel tired. Thank you for your advice

Everything is going to be alright ! Do not hesitate to listen to relaxing music from time to time, it can really help between classes. Also remember that you are amazing every day and doing your best is enough ! love and support !!

Hey, I’m soo sorry you’re feeling like this. It must be really tough. Have you tried talking to your family doctor, or a therapist? Someone with training can really help you out. I went through something similar and my family doctor helped me. I hope you can relax, do something that makes you happy. You can do this!

I'm living in the Philippines and our area is still on lockdown. I tried to schedule some sessions but it was delayed because of the enchanced community quarantine. I don't seem to enjoy anything that I loved doing before but I'm trying. Thank you so much
