Suggestions for face to face support group

Hi, My therapist and I were talking about next steps for me and one idea we both like is a face to face support group. But there is one challenge - I now live in a non-English speaking European country and I'm just not fluent enough in the local language for one of my therapist's local groups to work.
Can anyone suggest a group in the uk that would let me join them online? 2 years ago I think this would be impossible, but as many groups had to go online due to covid, maybe it doesn't matter what country you are in now?
I'd happily consider a group in the US too, but I think the time difference might be too much of a problem.

@Clio9876 I know there are online support groups operating in the UK using Zoom, Skype or whatever, but I don't know of a particular one I can recommend. Maybe contact the local mental health trust in an area where you have some family connection, or where you used to live? Or contact the local branch of Mind, or some other local charity there?
