Uncertainty about the future (COVID-19)
This upcoming school year is my last year of college and I'm really suffering with uncertainty about the future. My university hasn't ancouned whether this upcoming school year will be held on campus or remotely. Due to COVID, so much is up in the air and it's hard to make any long term plans.
How are you coping with uncertanity admist this pandemic?
@emayfbugg Hey there! This uncertainty is definitely stressful. I hope things work out with your studies. Being in university is stressful enough as it is; I can't imagine being a student during this pandemic!
I'm doing my best to take things one day at a time and just be grateful for what I have. Exercise and listening to music have been awesome coping skills. Best wishes to you! :)

Things are definitely weird now, and it doesn't seem like anything will change. But - it will. Things will go back to normal. Not new normal. Just normal.
Everyone is continually referring back to the 1918 flu epidemic. Okay, let's do that. It happened. It was horrible. But then, after a while, it wasn't. What I'm saying is, there was a period of time that was awful, and then it was over. People worked, schools taught, people danced, went out for dinner, sports were played, etc.
We'll all get back to living life. It is unfortunately just taking a long time. But we'll all get there, and this will become a faded memory.
@thoughtfulmomma that's a nice thing to point out. I hope that everything will go back to normal too. Naturally, some things will change and they must change in order for us to be safer in the future. But some human things are inevitable and those thighs cannot be changed... I believe.

I'm definitely anxious because of the pandemic, but I'm more anxious about my health, and I've tended to overreact about things as small as a scratchy throat, but I usually try to think about things that prove that I have nothing to worry about, like how it's probably just from pollen because I've been sitting outside to do my work sometimes.
That probably makes no sense whatsoever, but it works after a little bit for me
