Can anyone relate to loosing confidence after being put on mental health medication and loosing a part of your personality

@indigoNest5772 Yeah it was hard I had RJS rejection sensitivity the sane week starting my medication and it made me feel horrible unpleasant and hard to deal with people. After a while it took a lot of time to create resilience again.

youre definitely not alone in the way you feel! many people feel a shift in confidence when adapting to new medication. youre so brave for being able to speak about your experiences and i want you to know youre never alone ❤️

@indigoNest5772  I understand that. I get why you would feel like you are losing a part of yourself. But remember that this is the journey towards feeling better and more like ourselves.

@indigoNest5772  Yes many people feel this way after starting mental health medication you are not alone. 🌸 Some meds can make you feel emotionally flat or less like yourself for a while, and that can affect your confidence.

But your real personality isn’t gone. It’s still you. It’s just a bit quiet right now while you’re healing. This doesn’t mean you’re weak or broken. It means you’re trying to take care of yourself and that takes strength. If it keeps bothering you, it’s okay to talk to your doctor. Adjustments can help.

You’re still you. And you’re worthy, just as you are....
