i am not fun or interesting no one has ever weanted to hang out with me and im a failure to the 7cups academy i cant write a reflection post no matter how hard i try, i am a terribl eworthless HORRIBLE WORTHLESS

I’m really sorry to hear you feel that way, I can assure you you have value even when your brain is playing tricks on you. You have unique contributions you can make to the world just because you’re you. With the reflection post, maybe just try doing a very short one? And maybe try something really simple that could make someone’s day better on here like “I feel the same way” on a post? All of us other people on 7 cups are here to support you so I think just posting your best or even okayest would be plenty! It’s the effort that counts and I’m proud of you for taking the first step which is trying, lots of people are struggling and haven’t tried getting help yet! I hope this helps you some :)
