I need help answering this

I think the best jobs really depends individual to individual, depending on what you're interests are, what sort of things make you overstimulated and whether you can get an accommodations for the role.

Personally, I work in a very social setting, and it can be exhausting but on the other side it is linked to my special interest so I tend to go round burnout cycles. I find it a difficult balance to please my ADHD brain and my autism brain all at once. One thing that has helped me sustain this, is by discussing accommodations with my manager to ensure I have time to recover and regulate myself and my environment regularly.

I know for others, that would be their complete nightmare and they may prefer a job where they can work in the comfort of their own home where they can control the lighting, sounds, temperature, clothing etc. My sister does a job in numbers which she loves, and finds the structure and right/wrong nature of the job lines up with her neurodiverse brain. 

Do you have any hobbies or interests that you like, that could lead to a career? That is often the best way to explore jobs so that it feels less like a chore and more like something you want to get up and do.

Would really suited me was working in accounting. I don't have a degree. I kind of fell into it due to my math skills and I honestly credit God as well. I did work in accounts payable which is paying bills and accounts receivable which is sending out invoices and applying payments when they come in. I was working up until 2 years ago when I started experiencing mental health issues. It was nice.

For the most part it was solo work. Without a degree I think it's still possible to get jobs in things like accounts payable or data entry or even starting out as an administrative assistant with some accounting sprinkled in. It's definitely harder now to do it without a degree but I don't think impossible if you have good number skills.
