Is it normal to act like a 5 year old?
A lot while I’m not at school, I act like a 5 year old instead of a mature 14 year old like I am.
If it’s not, then disorder could it be?
Well. I am 23-year-old autistic guy who enjoy cartoons than alcohol and cigarette (or even cannabis and gambling). What is your definition of childish behavior, and how it is actually negative? Some of the norms are sometimes out of place.
I’m a 14 year old autistic teen that talks to everyone like a 5 year old would, examples: “me” instead of “my” , very commonly acting like I don’t know anything. It’s mainly negative cause of bullying.

Have you ever heard of age regression?? It's a coping technique mostly found in neurodivergent people. Basically if the world gets too overwhelming or you are overestimulated or stressed or happy or excited or sad, or really any strong emotion, you brain will basically, involuntarily "shrink". Your mental age will go from let's say 14 to 5. Im an age regressor, and I change from 15 (extremely mature) to 6
