Today kinda sucked
So today I went out with my sister and mom and when we were ordering food I thought she was going to order for me because she usually does and then she was looking at me expectantly and and told my sister to order first because I was surprised and I felt like I was about to start crying and by the time she was done I was still trying to pull myself together and just trying to breathe and all the words just disappeared and I was just trying to think for a little to long I guess then my just said "that's it. she wont get anything." and so I went hungry and then we had to go on a walk for like an hour and half way through she just started ignoring me and my sister. then she told us to put our phones in the truck then she dropped us off at home and yelled at us and said "you cant watch tv or anything until the whole house is spotless!" i dont know what was such a surprise for her because ive always had trouble talking to adult that i dont know and especially ordering at restaurants. anyway im going to a sleep over so hopefully it'll be good.

That sounds like such a tough and overwhelming experience. I’m really sorry you had to go through that—especially when you were already feeling anxious and caught off guard. It’s completely understandable that ordering for yourself felt difficult, and it’s frustrating when people don’t acknowledge what you’re struggling with.
Going hungry on top of everything else must have made the whole situation even harder, and then having to deal with the walking, the ignoring, and the sudden rules at home—none of that was fair. It makes sense that you feel confused and hurt by how things unfolded. You didn’t do anything wrong. Sometimes, people react in ways that don’t make sense to us, and it’s not a reflection of your worth or how valid your feelings are.
I hope your sleepover gives you a chance to unwind and be around people who support you. You deserve that. If you ever need to vent or talk about anything, I’m here to listen. You're not alone in this.
