Irritation of Work Leaders
So my fiance and I both have Autism, however I am Neurodivergent and Autistic. So we are alittle different of the spectrum. Which is okay! However, his work leads have been mistreating him a lot, at first i thought it was not that serious because he would be all smiles after him and i would talk it out. Yesterday, he came home in tears because they were bullying him... My heart sank because it I didn't realize it was getting this severe. An he brought to my attention that they were also emotionally manipulating him with me and my daughter using us as pawns against him. An I became outraged. It isn't fair that the work places, constantly outcast and sometimes outright humiliate those of us with such problems making us look like we are uneducated. I'm still really upset over the situation and I'm trying not logicalize or over rationalize why i am this upset..

IMO it is easy to get overly upset about the treatment of a loved one .... the fact he did not brush this off and smile but really showed you his hurt probably sent you into a mode where you wanted to step in....
I am dismayed that there are still people who will not respect some people have different ways of processing things or thinking ....... does not reflect on their intellect just they take a different route to a solution. In a work situation it can be difficult to navigate for example some behavior should be reported to HR or higher ranking boss or whomever.......... but that can also backfire as well so most people try to give people too much room to continue the bullying or otherwise bad behavior.
Only suggestion is for anyone being subjected to this type stuff is document items ... date time possible witnesses etc ....ask for it in email or writing and then they cannot play they did not say or do things.
@toughTiger6481 I appreciate your opinion, and yes I was very appalled and upset by this because he spoke to the floor manager, which was to no avail. Then another incident happened with a fellow employee asking inappropriate questions and blowing this way left field, he was told "stay away from this person then" not "hey let me fix the issue and remove this said person from being around you". So that already ticked me off. Then to hear that they were using me and my child against him as a manipulation tack tick, that's when I had enough because it was not the first time that they disrespected me or my child.
Not to mention the mere fact that when he addressed the disrespect towards us, they downplayed it and made him feel like it was just a joke or something to that degree. This past recent issue that I wrote about with him crying, he went to work the next day to speak with some above. An they gaslit him some more, emotionally manipulated him some more making him think he was crazy and it was all in his head, or that he couldn't handle the work stress. Targeting him some more. He stay there having to defend himself instead of having an actual conversation to fix the said problem. Which irritates me even more.
Now may I add the more he tries to address the issue, the worse the bullying gets and trying to babysit him like a child gets. An when I mean bullying i dont mean minor little things, no. I mean them purposely calling names which I will not list because it is vulgar, talking about his weight giving him body dysmorphia and going as far as to call me names. It's sickening that gets treated this way. An what truthfully bugs me the most is how fake they act on a "good" day by asking how OUR child is.

Thank you for sharing a little more about yourself.
I'm sorry to hear that your fiances work has been mistreating him. Its very sad to hear that they are bullying him. I am really glad that he has you as a support system though.
What do you think you and your fiances are going to do about this situation?

As of right now we are writing anything down that can is malicious, because he got gaslighted by a coworker again. An instead of the leaders addressing the issues, they swept it under the rug some more and are going against osha regulations. They are now taking away the 5 min grace period they are supposed to get, threatening with taking mins of their breaks if they are caught talking in any form or fashion even if its to ask where the equipment goes somewhere, even as far as to disregard medical emergencies, an will use that to determine if you are to be terminated or note
