My family and friends think I am bipolar but doesn't everyone change moods we r humans... Feeling confused
It depends how you change moods, and how often they change, and how extreme the moods are!

I feel 100% and like my medication is working today! Wahoo!
Sad that this thread is a bit dead, but I'm feeling alright today. :)
So I may have bipolar BUT with help it's so much easier... all those years getting angry and raging over something tiny... destroying my relationships because of it.. and most of all... I've overcome some of the strongest emotions... I feel as if this is an achievement.

Today I feel alright, and alright is fine with me!
Today I am feeling pretty tense, without knowing why. I'm not sure what exactly is going on, but that's okay. I know it's okay. I'll figure it out.
Today I feel happy that I am trying to take more steps in becoming a happier person. I am still a little scared for my future but I am remaining calm cool and collected.
