I left my cell at my friend's so anxious. Confused, as I don't always know what is a symptom and what is Me. Angry, in general. Looking forward to reading. Annoyed that my floor's AC isn't working on a hot night. Rargh

@MrEthanWackadoodle

I totally know what you mean by "what is a symptom and what is me" or "what is Bipolar and what is Anxiety/Just sadness/Just happy, etc. I am glad you brought that up, because I definitely felt a bit isolated in that.

@PathLessTaken

I usually feel that way post-mania. I hope you're not feeling too embarrassed or confused. Stay strong!

Like I don't know where I'm going. I'm so anxious, I got new antidepressant for anxiety, and I wasn't on antidepressants because doctors were scared to give me some. So they gave me antipsychotics and they a bit made up how I feel, now I'm a bit better, I don't have that depressive thoughts and such. Currently I have bipolar in remission(but I can see that my attention is not telling me like it is) and generalized anxiety disorder. I have panic attacks all the time. I'm scared to go to school because that's the place I have panic attacks the most. Something is really wrong, and I don't know if it's mania coming because I have some symptoms or it's anxiety. I had mania two years ago and I can't remember anything from that period. I have some friends who know when they're falling into mania, but I'm not sure do I know, I'm new in this, diagnosed a year ago. I hate talking about that with other people, so I often don't say I have bipolar...

This was one great vent. laugh

@alexlove

Thank you for sharing and venting. I can relate to the sheer confusion of feeling all of these things, and not knowing where they're coming from or where they're leading to. When you have bipolar, it feels like everything is interconnected and everything is a sign of relapse or remission.

I can also relate to feeling panicked about school. I want you to know that you're not alone, and that I hope the antidepressants do help.

This too shall pass.

Lee.

Thank for reading and letting me know I'm not alone in this. You're truly awesome, as I can see from caring about everyone who tells how they feel here.

Like I'm capable of getting so much done, but I can't focus to do it. It's frustrating.

I have been struggling with this for so long. I might be hypomanic right now but this app is the best that has ever happened to me. I have almost lost everything because of my bipolar condition. I was a chemical engineering student at one of the best universities in South Africa and nearly at the top of my class. But everything went downhill after I stupidly didn't listen to doctors and fight to find the right medication. I'm now a university dropout with no job, no assets and a huge debt. I went off my medication and I ruined my opportunity. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Make sure you go find help and stick to what psychiatrist suggest. Follow up on therapy. Find support and make a major success of life. I know that depression and failure maybe mixed with psychosis might feel like the right route at times. Just never give up on trying to destroy those horrible stigmas associated with bipolar. Good luck.

Still pretty hypomanic truthfully >.< But I've been asked to write blogs for a website having to do with bipolar. Not sure if I could do it though...what kind of things would I write about? Decisions, decisions, I guess.
