I'm really tired still just woke up and I'm still tired past few days been good had a bit of energy did gardening and house work and cleaning the bedroom out :)
@BrightRedFlower2322 Sounds like a good kind of tired instead of a bad kind of tired! Well done.
@ladylazarus1971 thank you :)
After almost 10 day depressive state I got out of bed this morning feeling like the fog has gone, I am not going to let bipolar beat me. Without my 2 amazing friends and supportive siblings I don't think I woukd have made it. I don't know what normal is, but I no longer want to be normal, I just want to beme.
@determinedHemlock5620 The best days are the days we can wake up and get out of bed sometimes, feeling like we have a choice how to feel. I am glad you are having one of those kind of days. When Bipolar tries to beat you down, beat it back!
You have some supportive friends and family, which goes so far in making our lives better.
Much love to you!
@ladylazarus197ä
Mildly depressed an anxious but I have this hint of dread at the back of my mind and a pointless feeling of guilt that I can't quite push away. Those last two things I'm learning seem to be an indicator that I'm not very stable right now and I need to be careful.
@Ajyerf We all know a little self care can help put those feelings on pause, but that's generally so much easier said than done, right? You know where we are if you want us for anything-- anything at all!
Good luck and I hope you have a safe and pleasant day.
@ladylazarus1971 Thanks. I try to take care of myself but it definitely is easier said than. I pushed knelt freaky hard to get caught up with this around the house but hopefully I didn't overdo it too much.
@Ajyerf Wow... Lots of typos there. I need to read things more closely.
Day 10 unmedicated, day 5 holding level... only question now is how long it lasts and which way the swing is when it ends... See the doc in 2 days to get started on another med...
Did 2 different hikes in the last 2 days... my phone says 5.5km, buddy's phone sasys 10.5km for yesterday's walk in the horseshoe canyons... got some nice pics from the top of the hills... did another 6km walk today with a group of 9 people from meetup. Not a bad way to kill a weekend.
@Phoenix84 Loved the pics I saw. Glad you are still hanging in-- 2 more days til you know more of your options! Good on ya! You are doing so well so far. I hope it lasts for awhile.
@ladylazarus1971
..well... can comfortably say sleep plays a role... that line on my spreadsheet got skewed over the weekend. Average of 5.85hrs the last 2 months, but the last 5 nights were 5.5, 8, 6, 9, and 4.5. Today ended 5 days level, and to the manic side.
Anxious. Anxious as hell and just downright scared about how I would try and cope with that. I don't want to relapse no no no.
@GipsyS What has worked for you in the past to allay your anxiety? Is there anything helpful or plausible that you could try? A meal with a friend, a favorite movie, some well-earned comfortable self care maybe? I hope for your some peace fronm your anxiety and worries.
@courageousHemlock4874 Honey, are you okay?
@ladylazarus1971 yeah i will be. Thank
Hey everybody that checks in....
I will be out of town and dealing with a huge but sort of cool life event this week. After US Saturday night, I highly doubt I will be doing any checking in to this thread. I just wanted to let everyone know I am not ignoring posts, I just won't get a chance to see and respond to them immediately.
I hope for everyone nothing but good days. For those of us that doesn't work for, I hope you find some peace and support on 7 Cups or with other great friends and family.
<3
I'm feeling kind of down. I'm frustrated by how long getting stable and regaining my health is taking. I try to stay positive but I feel so exhausted a lot of the time and it's hard not to get down on myself.
I am back from my out of state trip. I am very tired and eating like crap, but hoping to turn it back around in the next day or two. I need some patience and healthy food, and to take it easier on myself.
How was eveybody?
@ladylazarus1971

@ladylazarus1971
Thank you Lady L :)
I'm felling ok, but still think about an argument that I had with a colleague who criticise me so much and think that will happen when I see her again
