Hi there! My name is Grace and i am part of the Wiki team. I am currently trying to build up a database of hotlines, chatlines and resources for both listeners and members. I am looking for resources from every country of the world for many different topics. See here

In order for the database of resources to be current we are looking for up to date resources that the 7 cups community use.

One of the topics on the Wiki is bipolar, I am wondering if anyone has any useful websites, hotlines or resources that they could share for me to add for this category or any other category?

Please feel free to message me or leave a comment here!

Thank you, Grace smiley

Hi!

For Australia you have -

Lifeline 13 11 14 which is a 24/7 helpline or www.lifeline.org.au.

There is also BeyondBlue 1300 22 4636 24/7 helpline or www.beyondblue.org.au They also have an online support group for all Australians talking about anything mental health related

@Gracey

Sure!

Also, what's the benefit of adding Power of Mind? There are so many places where you can see psychologists in person or through Skype all around Australia that have no fees - why advertise one single business?
