Almost triggered

After crying and wailing and slamming doors and cursing, my boyfriend went to his mom's place for a bit and during that time, we were texting. We are civil again and he wants to talk when he gets back

That not only triggered my anxiety but I almost went into full blown mania, I was smiling and dancing and singing and cleaning in the span of an hour. My medication has kicked in and ive calmed down.

I know things may not be fixed, but at least I can talk things out now
