Sometimes it's frustrating when I'm doing fine emotionally and the next I'm feeling the dreaded cycle of anxiety, irritability and the fatigue. Then once I work through the battle and come out feeling ok again it starts all over again. I feel like I'm always trying to distract myself with something so I won't project my feelings outward

It can be difficult, but when we find a good balance, it becomes less overwhelming 💖

I totally feel you. But if you look closer it’s an upward spiral. So yeah it repeats and it’s endless but each time you get better at handling both the extreme stages. So do not loose hope, you are not alone. Many of us feel the same way. But somehow we have to try to focus on the small incremental changes that you have made that helped you deal with your cycle of anxiety, irritability and fatigue.

I hear you. I can completely understand the up-down cycle you are describing. It do be distracting.. I know.

I find writing in a journal, painting, singing... all help me blow off the steam and be regulated. Some days I also keep a bullet journal to track my moods and sleep schedules. If people around can understand and help soothe through the cycles' extremes, it can be a real big change.

My prayers with you. ❤️
