Has anyone ever had one person in their life that can't stand YOU!!
I've had Bipolar since I was 18 ( or aleast that's when I was diagnosed) .I'm not ashamed of having it . I don't let it define me its only apart of me.
Here is the thing. My mom has always given me such a difficult time with my disorder. Whenever I feel emotions or expressions or thoughts about anything she always tells me I'm overreacting or I shouldn't be feeling anything. What om meaning is that I have all good reasons to feel sad or depressed or whatever it may be. Like day to day stress for example or loss of a friend ( greif) I'm not defined my my Bipolar i have emotions cause I'm a human being! She's always been harsh with me by constantly telling me that I'm just *manic* I absolutely hate that word!!! I don't appreciate every single time I turn around I'm constantly worried about whether or not she'll treat me horribly each time I express any time of emotions. This has been my life for years.
It has even gotten to the point of where she's even thrown me on the hospital in the past a few times just cause I was feeling my emotions. She's even told me so many times before in the past that she didn't want to live with anymore as well.
I feel deeply and love deeply as well. I'm not a robot I have real feelings and thoughts and emotions. I do indeed have Bipolar but I'm not being defined by it!!!!
I wouldn't go tne drastic thing like completely avoiding her o think that moving out would be the best option giving me space from her and come around as I see fit. I do love her definitely isn't the healthiest thing for me to be around her as I have been 24/7.
So important to have a postive support system and people who you can confide in to support you in horrible times and great times. Makes a huge difference ❤❤❤❤
