@SoulfullyAButterfly

I recommend the book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey.

It was a game changer, and helped me a ton on my wellbeing by providing deep insights.

Extremely interesting book, also with practical tips.

A very well structure piece of content, with loads of things to learn and grow.

"Unmasking Autism, the power of embracing our hidden neurodiversity" by Dr. Devon Price.

As a late-diagnosed autistic, this book was very beneficial to me. It helped me to get a deeper understanding of myself and made me feel validated and seen.

@SoulfullyAButterfly I’m a big fan of fictional books and one of the book series that helped me during my difficult times was Gregor the Overlander by Suzanne Collins. It’s a fantasy novel about a young boy named Gregor who along with his sister named Boots, falls into the mysterious Underland beneath New York City, during summer. It’s definitely a good read if you’re into adventure, sci-fi and drama.
