@SoulfullyAButterfly I have recently taken a break from 7 cups, but it's nice to know that the support is there when and where I need it :)

@SoulfullyAButterfly

From my experience, taking short self-care breaks from time to time has always helped me come back stronger to 7 Cups.

It definitely improves my listening, besides avoiding burnout.

While members deserve the best version of me, so do I! 💪

In my experience, coming back from a break can be overwhelming, especially when you have got too many pms, but once you've worked your way through these, you can enjoy 7 Cups with new energy and motivation.
