one popular song i like from my teenage years is a song by the band Metallica, entitled "Enter Sandman", it is one of my favorite songs of all time, it is about having faith, virtue and belief in yourself.

I'm a bit of a deadhead, and there's a Grateful Dead song I listened to today called "Scarlet Begonias". It has some great lyrics, including the line
"Once in a while you get shown the light
in the strangest of places if you look at it right."
