Lets play a game! The ABC animal game and more!
we can start by distracting our minds today whether we are struggling with depression or anxiety or going through any situation that is bothersome to us that we just can't get off our mind. this will be helpful in that perspective
I will start by naming an animal. Starting with the letter A. Be mindful of who was before you, so you know what letter you have and name an animal that corresponds with the letter. some can be tricky, so have fun with it and good luck!
also, bonus! if you also want to write a description on what you think about that animal you listed, such as for an example "I think that is a beautiful animal and it is strong and powerful in the wild"
feel free to research your animal you pick, and put the link in the forum so others can read on your animal:)
A: anteater.
bonus: I feel the anteater is so cool because it has a nose designed specifically for ants and smaller insects. It is interesting how they have the nose to eat the ants and then a small mouth to eat bigger things such as plants for their diet.
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE, I really can't wait to see what everyone comes up with and how creative you all are. i also want to say I appreciate all of you for putting in the work to your forum post reply whether short and simple or long and intriguing
