Hello Content Folks! 💜

Digital content is about content marketing, and it is fascinating. It can incorporate in many forms.

In Movies: Have you noticed Starbucks campaigns in lifestyle movies like Sex and The Cities and The Devil Wears Prada?

Because those who watch the movies are most likely the target market. Make sense, right? Brilliant!

A built-in campaign program in a movie, however, is expensive. In contrast, digital content costs less or can be free, for instance, free blog platforms and social media.

Question:

1. How do you avoid the negative effect of using social media to mental health?
2. IF (just out-of-the-box-thinking but who knows xD) group support discussions is to be held on Twitter Spaces, which is audio based conversation (something like Clubhouse), would you host or participate?

To avoid the negative effects of social media on my mental health, i like to take systematic breaks, indulge in some self care activities and try to read more books than I open tabs! xD
2. IF (just out-of-the-box-thinking but who knows xD) group support discussions is to be held on Twitter Spaces, which is audio based conversation (something like clubhouse), would you host or participate?
I would love it if 7 cups were to host such an audio space! i'd both participate and host as and when required <3

Thank you for the post Cherie! <3

@ouiCherie

Personally I choose to limit the number of social media platforms I use; andthat is one way I can avoid one's that have a negative efffect on my mental health, and which don't seem to provide me with enough benefits to outweight the downsides. That's one reason why I don't personally use twitter.

@roseMelody95
That's wise to limit and choose ones that brings us benefit *thumbs up.
Social media can be harmful for our mental health if we're not mindful. Thank you for sharing your thoughts Melody 💜

I feel like being careful about what types of social media I use and how much I use it (preferably not addictively) can help. I'd prefer participating in a show.
