What looks easy-peasy lemon squeezy but is actually difficult difficult lemon difficult?
@Hope Focusing in class. Teachers think it's so easy. It's not.
Getting over something hurtful someone has said to you. Yes, you decide how you are going to feel and how people affect you. But, sometimes hurtful words are hard to let go of... just have to keep trying.

Friend - I'm so sorry about the lost of your son, much too young.
I guess you and I have about the same age, I'm 69 - woman.
The issue you brings up is very interresting. "Getting hurt by words" (or actions I would add). I wonder a lot why it is like that. I'm a person that get hurt also and it leads to action, nearly as a sickness. I can draw away from the situation that hurted, fly, or take decisions that would not have been taken if I would not have felt wounded. It can be very hard and tough. And then I have to heal.
