As we help others, we help ourselves. Great point! Make sense 😊 the act of kindness or altruism build a sense of purpose, activate the brain to release certain hormones that boost your happiness as well as the people you help.
Amazingly, showing or knowing an appropriate level of vulnerability build trust.

Being on 7 Cups is like taking a break from the stresses of life. Just increasing my growth levels, or chatting away in group chats all help me feel at ease.

For me, I try to listen and help other people and try to be there for them! it makes me feel like my problems have vanished! it refills my cup! 💕🥰
