Good morning everyone, my name is InsightfulPhoenix, and I would like to briefly share something with you all!

When you are dealing with someone with poor behavior and being enabled by others, it can be frustrating, right? Of course, it is, because you as humans with big hearts often expect others to do things the way we would often do them. This is hard not to think this way because when we are upset by a situation we try to rationalize the event as to why it occurred. Here are something to think about :

Did you know that you are unintentionally enabling your personal belief of how someone should respond?

Did you know that you can also empower yourself to do what is best for yourself without enabling a person's behavior?

Most common form of enabling is unintentional and sometimes over looked, peer pressure is an example of enabling poor behavior onto someone else. It's a very interpersonal thing🌺.
