I participated in my organisation's grand deliberations. They were incredibly long and tiring, but I'm grateful I've gone through them, and my tenure for a role is finally over. I'm grateful I spoke up in the forum, even though I was shaking during and after voicing my opinions, lol.
💙 Did anything of significance happen already? If yes, would you like to share?
On the final day of these deliberations, the organisational forum elected me for another role! This will be my fourth year with this organisation.
